Delivery information
Standard tracked UK delivery is free on every IZORRA order and usually arrives in 5 to 8 working days. Most orders placed before 1 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Order processing
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Most orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched the same working day; later orders usually go out the next working day. During sales and holidays processing can take an extra day or two, and we will tell you about any delay.
Taxes
Izorra is not currently registered for VAT, so no UK VAT is added to your order and the price shown is the price you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to scan the parcel. You can also check progress on our Track Your Order page.
Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we can reship it (you pay the new postage) or refund the cost of the goods minus the original delivery charge.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within five working days of the latest estimated delivery date, email support@izorra.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and send a replacement or issue a refund once the parcel is confirmed lost.
Damaged parcels
Please check your order on arrival. If a parcel looks damaged, take a photo before opening it where possible and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
