Each use is supported by one of the lawful bases set out in Article 6 UK GDPR — usually performance of a contract (your order), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site improvement, marketing to existing customers under PECR), legal obligation (tax records) or your consent (cookies and email sign-up).
- Who we share your information with
We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us run the business. These include:

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law, by a regulator or by a court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.
- International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we rely on UK-approved safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision by the UK government. - Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for three reasons: to make the site work (essential cookies), to understand how it is used (analytics) and to show you relevant advertising (marketing).
Tools we currently use include:
– Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
– Meta (Facebook) Pixel
– Pinterest Tag
– WooCommerce session and order-attribution cookies
You can review and change your preferences at any time using the cookie banner on our site, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work for you.
- How long do we keep your data
We keep order records for at least six years to comply with HMRC tax rules. Customer account information is kept while your account is active and for up to two years after your last order. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are usually deleted within 90 days. - Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

– Ask for a copy of that data
– Have inaccurate data corrected
– Have your data deleted in certain situations
