This page sets out where we ship to, what it costs and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), the European Union, the United States, Canada and most other international destinations. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Order processing
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Most orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched the same working day; orders placed later usually go out the next working day. During sales, holidays or other busy periods, processing can take an extra day or two — we will keep you informed if there is any delay.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

International delivery times are estimates from our couriers and exclude any delay caused by customs clearance.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any import duty, VAT, GST or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We recommend checking your local rules before ordering.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to scan the parcel and for tracking to update.
Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can either reship it (with you paying the new postage) or refund the cost of the goods minus the original delivery charge.
If a courier attempts delivery and the parcel is then returned to us as unclaimed, the same options apply.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within five working days of the latest estimated delivery date for the UK, or 21 working days for international orders, please email us at support@izorra.co.uk with your order number. We will open an investigation with the courier and either send a replacement or issue a refund once the parcel is confirmed lost.
Damaged parcels
Please check your order on arrival. If a parcel looks damaged, take a photo before opening it where possible, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are responsible for goods until they are delivered to you, and we will sort out a replacement or refund quickly.
