About Izorra
Izorra is a UK-based online retailer specialising in 100% cotton bath towels, hand towels and bath sheets. We launched in 2024 with a single goal: to make properly soft, properly absorbent towels that last — and to sell them at a fair price.
What we sell
Our range is built around one fabric: long-staple ring-spun cotton, woven at 600 GSM. That weight gives our towels their plush feel and their fast-drying performance. Sizes run from standard 50×90 cm hand towels to generous 75×150 cm bath sheets, in a curated palette of solid colours, classic borders and contemporary patterns.
We choose our fabrics for absorbency, durability and colourfastness, and we ask our suppliers to test every batch before it ships. The finished towels are made in Pakistan, in mills with a long history of cotton textile production. Country of origin is shown on every product page, so you always know what you’re buying.
How we work
We sell direct to customers from our UK warehouse, which lets us keep prices honest and dispatch orders quickly. Most orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday go out the same day on a tracked service.
We’re a small team, so customer emails reach a real person rather than an outsourced call centre. If something is wrong with your order, or you simply want advice on which size to buy, please email support@izorra.co.uk — we usually reply within one working day.
What we believe
Towels should not be a complicated purchase. We don’t go in for inflated marketing claims or invented heritage. We stock the right products, ship them quickly, and back every order with a clear returns policy that protects you under UK consumer law. If we get something wrong, we put it right.
What’s next
Over the next year, we plan to expand into our own-label towel collection, with traceable cotton sourcing and OEKO-TEX® certification. Until then, our focus stays where it has always been quality cotton, honest prices, and proper customer service.
