1. About us
Izorra is a trading name of QENLY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17031313). We are an online retailer of cotton bath towels and related homewares.
– Trading address: 23 Grange Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B10 9QF, United Kingdom
– Email: support@izorra.co.uk
References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean QENLY LIMITED trading as Izorra. References to “you” or “your” mean the person placing the order.
2. The contract between us
When you place an order on the site, you are making us an offer to buy the products in your basket. We accept that offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract is formed between us. Up to that moment we may decline the order, for example if a product is out of stock, an item has been incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraud. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund any payment in full.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Our products
We do our best to describe and photograph our towels accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and natural cotton weaves can show small variations between batches. These differences are not faults.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices on the site are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We try to keep our pricing accurate, but if a clear pricing error appears on the site we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price. Prices can change at any time, but a change will not affect orders we have already accepted.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order. All card transactions are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection — we do not see or store your full card number.
6. Delivery
UK and international delivery times, costs and processes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
7. Your right to cancel (30-day cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel an online order without giving a reason. You have 30 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to tell us you want to cancel.
To cancel, email support@izorra.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the price of the goods plus the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you have sent them. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is needed to inspect them.
You bear the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. We also offer a more generous voluntary 30-day returns promise — full details, including the return address, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Faulty or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as you can. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (we sell to consumers only), or for events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier strikes, supplier failure or government action.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Reviews and other content you submit
If you leave a product review or other content on the site, you confirm that it is your own original work and that we may publish, reproduce and adapt it for our marketing, including on third-party platforms. We may decline to publish, edit or remove content that is misleading or abusive, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that breaches the law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site at the time you place it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, although consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
13. Contact and complaints
If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us first at support@izorra.co.uk so we can put it right. We aim to resolve every complaint directly and will reply within one working day.
