Payment information
IZORRA accepts major debit and credit cards and PayPal through a secure, encrypted checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling, no VAT is added because we are not VAT registered, and payment is taken when you place your order.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, and PayPal. Wallet options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay may appear at checkout on supported devices. The methods available for your order are always shown at checkout.
Secure checkout
Card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil the order, we refund you in full.
Currency and VAT
All prices are in GBP. Izorra is not currently registered for VAT, so we cannot issue VAT invoices.
