How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when your parcel is dispatched. You can also use our Track Your Order page. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

How do I return something?

Email us first with your order number. We will confirm and give you a return reference. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

My item has arrived damaged or faulty.

Email a photo or short description of the issue to support@izorra.co.uk. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will arrange a refund, repair or replacement.

Can you help me choose a product?

Yes. Tell us what you want to use it for and which phone you have, and we will suggest suitable options.

Business and bulk orders

We are happy to quote for businesses buying accessories, chargers or audio in volume. Email support@izorra.co.uk with your business name and the quantities you need.
