LC16 FAQs

Can the LC16 make and receive phone calls?

Yes. The LC16 supports Bluetooth calling: once paired with your phone you can answer, reject and make calls from the watch using its built-in microphone and speaker. Keep your phone within Bluetooth range, around 10 metres.

Is the LC16 waterproof?

It is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance, so rain, sweat and hand washing are fine. Avoid hot showers, saunas, sea water and diving, as heat and pressure can damage the seals.

How long does the battery last?

It has a 300 mAh battery. Real-world battery life depends on screen brightness, notifications, calling and how often health tracking runs. See our smartwatch battery life guide for tips.

Does the LC16 work with iPhone and Android?

Yes, it is compatible with Android 5.0+ / iOS 9.0+ phones via the companion app.

Are the health readings medically accurate?

No smartwatch in this range is a medical device. Heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, temperature and similar readings are estimates to help you spot trends in your general fitness and wellbeing. They are not suitable for diagnosing or managing a medical condition, so always speak to a healthcare professional about health concerns.
